A medium shot, side-profile view of two shirtless young men lying on a small, worn-out sofa, facing each other in a tight, overlapping embrace. One man leans against the backrest while the other rests against the armrest, their two massive, rounded pregnant bellies pressed firmly together; one hand gently rests on the curve of a belly, while the other hand tenderly covers the back of that hand. Both men have peaceful expressions, eyes closed in contentment, with a bedsheet draped across their lower waists and grey towels resting on their hips. They possess lean muscle definition in their arms and chests but have smooth, rounded abdomens without abdominal muscles. The scene is set in a cluttered living room with pillows scattered around, with soft morning light filtering through curtain gaps, creating a warm, intimate, and cozy atmosphere. The visual style is a high-quality anime illustration with cinematic composition, utilizing a soft color palette and gentle depth of field to emphasize the tender emotional connection.

A cinematic anime illustration in a medium shot, featuring two young men sitting closely on an old sofa in a warm, dimly lit room. One man leans in, arm draped around the other's shoulder, holding a beer can, his cheeks flushed with a drunken glow and eyes hazy. Both are shirtless with grey towels draped around their hips, showcasing muscular arms and chests but possessing large, heavy, round pregnant bellies that press tightly against each other. The man being held has a conflicted, awkward expression but does not pull away. The coffee table in front of them is cluttered with empty beer cans. The scene is bathed in warm yellow light, creating an intimate, hazy atmosphere with a cinematic composition, focusing on the smooth, tight texture of their bellies and the tender, intoxicated mood.
