A medium shot, side-profile view of two shirtless young men lying on a small, worn-out sofa, facing each other in a tight, overlapping embrace. One man leans against the backrest while the other rests against the armrest, their two massive, rounded pregnant bellies pressed firmly together; one hand gently rests on the curve of a belly, while the other hand tenderly covers the back of that hand. Both men have peaceful expressions, eyes closed in contentment, with a bedsheet draped across their lower waists and grey towels resting on their hips. They possess lean muscle definition in their arms and chests but have smooth, rounded abdomens without abdominal muscles. The scene is set in a cluttered living room with pillows scattered around, with soft morning light filtering through curtain gaps, creating a warm, intimate, and cozy atmosphere. The visual style is a high-quality anime illustration with cinematic composition, utilizing a soft color palette and gentle depth of field to emphasize the tender emotional connection.

A medium shot, cinematic composition featuring two young men in a dimly lit bedroom. One man is positioned behind the other, embracing him closely with his chest pressed against the other's back and chin resting in the crook of his shoulder; his arms wrap around to gently cradle a massive, round, and tightly stretched pregnant belly, with his hands overlapping on the surface where a distinct bump from fetal movement is visible. The man in front leans forward slightly with an expression of mild discomfort. Both are shirtless, possessing lean muscle definition in their arms and chests but no abdominal muscles, and they wear loose grey towels draped low on their hips. The scene transitions from warm, amber lamplight to cool, silvery moonlight filtering through curtain gaps. The atmosphere shifts from a slightly anxious, heated intimacy—evidenced by the flushing red skin of the embracing man—to a serene, peaceful slumber as they lie side-by-side. Soft shadows, muted tones, and a focus on the tactile tension of the skin create a cozy, domestic, and emotive mood.
