A medium shot, front-facing anime illustration depicts a young girl standing in the middle of a desolate slum. The girl, described as an older sister figure, has a weathered and dirty appearance. She has short hair that is distinctly tri-colored: the right side is red, the left side is green, and a single streak of white hair falls between her eyes, complemented by long sidelocks. She possesses glowing odd-eyes, with the right eye being yellow and the left eye being blue. Her fair skin is marred by grime, and a cluster of green scales is visible on her left cheek; her arms are sporadically covered in similar green scales. She wears a soiled white shirt and a simple blue skirt. The background is a bleak slum environment with dilapidated structures and debris, enhancing the gritty atmosphere. The lighting is muted and overcast, utilizing a desaturated color palette to emphasize the poverty and hardship of the setting, rendered with high-quality digital art techniques.
