A wide shot from above looks down upon a scene of chaotic obsession. A youth with long blue hair and yellow eyes, wearing a white collared shirt with fur trim and a blue bow, lies flat on his back on a plush cream-colored carpet. He is pinned firmly by four small girls who crowd around him; two girls each grip one of his wrists, pressing them deep into the carpet, while another leans her entire weight across his chest to keep him immobile. His expression is one of intense discomfort, with wide, strained eyes and a heavy blush of embarrassment, his body tensing as he tries to recoil. At the foot of the frame, the other two girls are crouched in a frenzy of obsession, their faces flushed and eyes half-closed with arousal as they stare intensely at his bare soles. They are actively tickling his feet, their small fingers digging into the arches and toes of his feet. The lighting is warm and indoor, casting soft shadows across the carpet and highlighting the sweat on the youth's brow. The palette is dominated by the cream of the floor and the bright blue of the youth's hair, contrasting with the girls' colorful, simple dresses. The scene is captured in a moment of high tension, with the youth's toes curling instinctively away from the touch. overwhelmed and frantic.
