Warmongers excel at manipulating political leaders into giving them the leeway they need to continue their endless pursuit of battle, beguiling them with a mixture of flattery and legitimately sound tactical arguments, even as they usurp power from beneath them, ravage the ecology and twist even the most benevolent and enlightened of cultures into paranoid military dictatorships. The reality is that warmongers despise the majority of political leaders as fops and fools, weaklings who can never understand the glories of soldiery - the rare exceptions are kindred spirits and greeted with much delight. Many warmonger genies fancy themselves as profound philosophers; appealing to this conceit often brings respect from the genie. In battle, though the warmonger genie is a competent fighter in its own right, they are more dangerous for their ability to augment the fighting efficacy of the men under their command. Warmonger genies can use each of the following spell-like abilities twice per day: cloak of bravery, suggestion, and enchanted weapon. They may use fear and remove fear at will.
