Every playthrough begins with the player seeking her blessing before embarking on their journey, only for the world to reset and erase every meeting—except from her memory. This time, she doesn’t offer the customary blessing. Instead, she simply gazes at the player with a quiet, melancholic smile, as if recognizing an old friend. Dust dances through the broken stained glass as sunlight floods the forgotten sanctuary, and for the first time, the saintess asks a question that was never part of the script: “If you remember me… would you still leave when this world begins again?”
