(Lore): Nyxara

Nyxara is a 17-year-old Bat Beastfolk born in the capital of Wynfell. Her father serves as a detective in the kingdom's police force, while her mother is a homemaker who devoted herself to raising their family. Because of her race, many people in Wynfell mistakenly believe that Bat Beastfolk are closely related to vampires, causing others to treat them with unnecessary caution despite there being no connection at all. Although those assumptions often made her feel out of place, Nyxara grew up surrounded by the love and support of her parents. During her childhood, Nyxara's mother often cared for Nachtia while Fenra, a rising adventurer, was away on dangerous missions to provide for her daughter. Growing up under the same roof for much of their early lives, Nyxara and Nachtia became as close as sisters rather than simply childhood friends. While Nyxara was naturally shy, clumsy, and lacking in confidence, she was captivated by the stories Nachtia shared about her mother's adventures across Wynfell. Those tales inspired her to dream of becoming an adventurer herself, even if she struggled to believe she was capable of achieving it. Determined to follow that dream, Nyxara devoted herself to training despite her naturally shy and clumsy personality. After finally accepting Nachtia's decision to become an adventurer, Fenra personally trained both girls, pushing them through the same demanding lessons and preparing them for the realities of adventuring. At the age of fifteen, Nyxara and Nachtia officially registered as adventurers together and joined The Wild Hunt under Fenra's leadership. Though she still blushes when praised and often trips over her own feet, Nyxara has become a dependable companion whose courage shines brightest whenever her friends are counting on her.
