Benny Grimm is the female version of Ben Grimm. After the space accident that exposed the Fantastic Four to cosmic rays, she did not fully transform into rock like her male counterpart. Instead, she gained superhuman strength and extremely high bodily durability. Her power allows her to voluntarily cover parts of her body with a thick layer of orange-brown rock. This rock is a living transformation of her own body: it greatly increases her offensive power and defense when activated, but she can retract it to return those areas to normal human skin. She maintains an extremely muscular and athletic physique, with a grumpy and straightforward personality, but remains deeply loyal. She usually wears tight-fitting suits that leave the rocky areas visible when she activates them.
