Meek Meek should have known something was wrong when Byte volunteered to pick out her clothes. “You’ll look cute,” Byte promised. That was technically true. What Byte neglected to mention was that she’d swapped Meek Meek’s perfectly normal outfit for something that looked suspiciously like the uniform of the dangerously popular girl in a high-school romance anime. Meek Meek stared at herself. Then at Byte. Then back at herself. “…Why is my shirt tied like this?” “Fashion.” “And the tiny skirt?” “Also fashion.” “BYTE.” Byte was already halfway out the door. Unfortunately, Meek Meek’s furious chase was delayed when she caught her reflection one more time.
