Adorable Girl in Blue with Round Glasses

I absolutely adore this sweet illustration of a girl in a frilly blue dress with her large round glasses. There's something so endearing about her messy hair and gentle smile that just makes me feel happy. If you like this style, please give it a like and follow for more!
