In a low-angle, full-body front view with the composition of a video game screenshot, a colossal humanoid black dragon constructed entirely from discrete cubic blocks stands upright in the center of the frame, towering over the surroundings. Its head angles slightly downward to meet the camera directly; the face features a squared snout, white block sclerae, and radiant glowing red pupil blocks that cast a soft crimson reflection across the adjacent black cube facets of its nose. From the upper temples of its cranium, two thick minotaur-like horn blocks sweep outward and curve upward toward the sky. The creature spreads both massive, blocky arms wide at shoulder height in a welcoming, open embrace, with angular elbows held steady and square-fingered hands tilted forward to reveal pale white-grey claw blocks on each digit. Dark grey block plating armors the center of its chest and abdomen, stepping outward in relief to form distinct, chiseled abdominal muscles against the surrounding matte light-black cube scales of its torso, shoulders, and legs. An immense pair of broad, segmented dragon wings constructed from thin cube layers extends horizontally from its shoulder blades, while a long, segmented block tail curves down from its lower back and settles along the stepped terrain. Both clawed feet rest firmly upon flat, horizontal green-topped grass blocks within a small forest clearing. Framing the glade in the midground are cubic pine trees with dark-green stepped conical foliage and cubic birch trees with white-and-black pixelated bark trunks. Overhead, the deep navy pixelated night sky is illuminated by a brilliant, perfectly square white moon and a scatter of sharp single-pixel voxel stars. Cool white moonlight strikes the upward-facing horizontal planes of every block, casting clean, rectilinear stepped shadows onto the terrain below, with light intensity diminishing across the ground in discrete, grid-aligned increments without soft diffusion. Monumental and strangely tender.
